Thank you for the 5-star rating, I understand you had a nice time on the tour. Actually we provide pretty detailed instructions about the meeting point which is located at the entrance to the Royal Garden - there is only one entrance so it's easy to locate as also our guide has a sign with the tour name and our logo on it. I can see that you successfully managed to locate the correct spot and I appreciate you wanted to be on time. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your comments. I am happy to read you had a great day during our tour to the Dolomites. Lunch is optional, usually our driver suggests a couple of spots where to eat or you can explore indpendently when you are given free time. It is not compulsory to follow driver's advise, he just offers a suggestion based on his knowledge of the region. Perhaps there was some misunderstanding? Overall however I see you are satisfied with the experience since you gave us a 5-star rating. Thank you for booking with us!
