Thank you for your feedback, I am very happy you enjoyed exploring Venice from a unique location: a traditional venetian gondola. Our meeting point is located at the entrance to the Royal Garden, just right next to a big iron closed gate. We don't have a permanent stand there as it's public property. our assistant arrives there approx 10 min earlier with a sign that has our logo on it and the tour name. I am happy to read the ride was perfect. Thank you for booking with us!
