Your unfortunate experience with storm-delayed flights was a great test for our back-up and support systems and I'm glad to hear that we passed with flying colours. Booking the holiday was made very easy and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We wanted a tailor made trip over Xmas and they created a wonderful and varied experience for us.
