Hi Monica, thanks for taking the time to respond to our Feefo request. I am glad to hear that your holiday was wonderful and we did a fantastic job. I’m sorry if our request seemed untimely – that’s my fault. We’ve had a setup with Feefo for our Azores holidays for some time. It’s taken us a while but we’ve got around to setting it up for all our other destinations. For better or for worse, I decided ask people who travelled with us since January 2019 to places other than the Azores if they would like to leave us a voluntary online review on the Feefo site. Now we’re set up, we’ll only ask clients if they would like to leave voluntary online feedback on their return from their travels with us.
