I explained that I am not happy because the price kept going up and we weren't offered the premium drinks package. Your reply has only highlighted the positive, not answered my price rise query or the missing out on bonuses query. Did you actually finish reading my original response?

Adam went above & beyond to help us after our original cruise was cancelled

After a very rocky start, our cruise was cancelled, our consultant left, poor Adam walking into a very unhappy me! He went above and beyond to help us and get us another cruise for the best price...
