Disappointed

Rather disappointed this time with The Works. Items missing from my Christmas order & took FOREVER to get a response via email, messenger & their contact service. FINALLY got a refund almost a month...

Good service from the Works, poor delivery from the courier.

They were very helpful when our order failed to arrive and resent ASAP so we got it before Christmas. The problem was with the delivery company.
