Total waste of time

Waited 3 weeks for delivery!!! No communication from the Works. Two telephone calls later( in a Queue for 30 minutes each time ) I got a refund. Would not recommend there online service or customer...

Waited 20 days, and the order was still not dispatched, just placed. Luckily, paid via PayPal and requested a return.
