Excellent help from initial visit until the day of delivery , in store staff at Ossett were a pleasure to work with and the delivery driver was so helpful and very friendly.

We paid an additional fee for them to put furniture together and really pleased we did. That part was great but we were supposed to receive 6 chairs and they only delivered 4. We had to wait a week...

No complaints. Received ample notice of when to expect delivery and a call from the driver as promised just prior to his arrival. The drivers then took the package to our garden.
