Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced with your delivery. We can see this was initially caused by an administration error by the member of staff who took the order. As soon as the error was identified we contacted the courier and passed on the correct delivery details. It does appear the courier initially failed to act on this information. We have spoken to the member of staff who dealt with the order, and raised the issue with our rep at the couriers.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
