Thank you for your feedback and for your time on the telephone. As discussed please accept my apologies that the roll arrived with damage to the ends, we do try and put extra packaging onto the ends of the rolls where 'coning' occurs so we do apologise that this was not sufficient in this instance.
We will also be looking into the fact that you mentioned the grass seems did not run straight, as all of the pieces were cut from 2 metre wide rolls that were delivered from the manufacturer.
Despite the issues we are pleased that you do like the Artificial Grass, if you have any more questions or queries please do not hesitate to get back in touch with us.

My order did not arive on the day it should have, when i phoned they had not put my order through but still charged me they aranged new del date it was then del with no problem.
