We are sorry to see you experienced a delay in receiving your order. With you delivery address not being on the mainland the delivery time scale was supposed to be 3-5 working days, however we can see the delivery took 10 working days. We are really sorry for this and are currently investigating with our courier why it took so long.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.

The delay was not the fault of Grass 247 but the courier. Grass 247 have been a excellent company to deal with .

I ordered the grass to be delivered 2 weeks after my order and it was left…
I ordered the grass to be delivered 2 weeks after my order and it was left on the address 3 days after I ordered making it an inconvenience

Please accept our apologies for the issue you have highlighted and the inconvenience this may have caused you. We can see you requested delivery on Wednesday 15th July. Due to an administration error this note was not seen so the order was dispatched on the standard overnight service resulting in the delivery being made on Thursday 9th. We have tightened our order checking procedures in an attempt to prevent a similar incident from happening again.

It was great to be able to order samples as there is so many items…
It was great to be able to order samples as there is so many items available. I received the samples very quickly, then ordered some outdoor carpet which also came very quickly.
