We're sorry, however, that changes to the itinerary impacted your holiday. Unfortunately, these amendments were necessary due to low water levels caused by the prolonged heatwave and exceptionally dry conditions experienced across Europe. We also regret the confusion regarding the 50% discount offered towards a future holiday and apologise for any frustration caused by the conflicting information you received.
