The service from Jersey Travel was very good and I would book with them again

Thank you for taking the time to complete our customer satisfactionform, your feed back is always very welcome. We are sorry to hear that the accommodation was not up to the standard that you expected. Unfortunately we were not made aware of any problems with the Hotel whle you were in resort and so did not have an opportunity to investigate. I do appreciate that you had to cut short your visit rather quickly and are pleased that we were able to assisit you in returning to the UK as soon as possible.
