Thank you for your providing us with your very helpful feedback and our apologies for the difficulties you encountered trying to retrieve your booking. We have recently relaunched our website and online booking service and I can confirm that we are now automatically forwarding a copy of the booking confirmation to the client's email address.
We will ensure that the links to retrieve a booking are reviewed and the correct link is included in future confirmations.
I am pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay at The Revere and will ensure that your comments regarding the music will be passed onto the hotel.
