I am very sorry to hear that we did not contact you prior to your arrival in Jersey, our normal procedure is to telephone you 48 hrs before arrival to advise which Hotel has been allocated you. We have obviously failed in our duty to do this and I would like to offer you our sincere apologies and our assurance that this is not representative of our normal service levels.I am pleased to hear that overall your trip to Jersey was a success and hope that you wiil allow us to be of service to you in the future.
