I am sorry that you were not happy to be asked for a review.We genuinely use the process to give customers the opportunity to let us know if they think we can do better. As the booking agent we do not control the price of the car parks, but I am glad you were able to make use of the discount on offer.

Its sometime u can't find flight on web and give flight details but still nothing

If you are referring to this car park asking for flight numbers, it is so they can make their transfers run as smoothly as possible and make sure that your car is ready on return if you are early or delayed. If you can't find them at the time of booking however, they can be added at a later date.
