I am very sorry to learn of the problems you have had receiving your confirmation when I can see that you have booked with us many times before.I note that you have a hotmail email address. We have found that hotmail will often send larger emails to junk/spam mail, which is where your confirmation may be as I can see it was emailed 7 minutes after the booking was made. I have however sent it again for you just now. You avoid this happening again, you could add reservations@bookfhr.com to your safe list by clicking into one of our emails, then click on the three dots on the upper right-hand corner (more options). In the dropdown list, you can click on the option 'add to safe senders'.
