I am really sorry to hear of your disappointment, unfortunately our office is not open on the weekend, due to a reduced workforce at the moment. We do however give the contact details of the car park booked on the comfirmations, in case a customer needs to speak to someone at a time when we are closed. Unfortunately we cannot amend bookings once the booked arrival date and time is past, as from that point your contract passes to the car park. We did however, again pass on your changed arrival date to the car park on your behalf. We then confirmed this to you by email, a few hours after your email was sent, so they did have had the notification before your arrival.

Thanks for your comments. I can see you made your booking yesterday afternoon, however, unfortunately our office is not open on Sunday afternoon due to a reduced workforce at the moment. I can see however that my colleague amended your booking earlier today and replied to your email (within 24 hours), so you should have your new confirmation now.
