Great, personal service.
Prompt service. Our advisor was good at working out what was the best option for us, however it seems to take an age to get everything sorted out.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the problems you experienced over the weekend. Whilst our Customer Service team were available on Saturday and Sunday, I appreciate it will have been frustrating that they weren't available on Bank Holiday Monday. I understand that you have since spoken with one of our Customer Service Advisers and that you have now been able to log on to Internet Banking.
