Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for any delay you experienced on the day of delivery. It is very unusual for us to commit to a specific time for delivery.
As we do deliver to room of choice, unpack/ dispose of the packaging and assemble the majority of products it is difficult for us to specify an exact time for delivery hence why our teams will call and confirm a few hour time slot on the morning of delivery.
