Thank you for your feedback, we have successfully changed your details and look forward to seeing you again in the future.
Time frame quoted by sales from purchasing to delivery was misquoted. I was told by the rep it would take 2 weeks. It took almost 4 to receive my bed.

We have looked in to this since receiving your feedback and as your bed/ mattress was a stock item, it should have been delivered within the lead time you were quoted at point fo sale.
Your items had to be internally transferred but we are currently looking in to what caused the delay.
