Poor communication, item was delayed but I had to constantly ring for updates.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the delay to your goods arriving, and hope that the non chargeable delivery went some way in restoring your faith in Cousins.
It is disappointed that our communication was not of our normal high standard as we stress to all of our staff about the importance of keeping in tocuh.

Order placed in February. Store forgot to place my order.
Re ordered in May when store realised error.
Actually received chair in August.

i posted a letter two months ago recorded delivery to the headqurter complaining about the extra charge that cousins charged me in my last purchase. they never come back to me and i could assume that...
