Superb, very helpful staff, pleasant transaction only negative was we had a design visit from Hammonds for fitted furniture, the designer was a complete t***.
That is not cousins fault tho.
Have purchased approx £20k's worth of goods from Cousins in last 2 yrs. It took longer than agreed for delivery, but did not mind. Invited by Cousins to special day by E-mail with a present (clock)....

service was good and sales guy took time with us and service desk efficient
We were irritated by the fact that the salesperson insisted that the 'special offer' was 'ending tomorrow'. When, as expected, it went on for considerably longer.
