Store service was excellent and quality of sofa was also excellent - very happy customer but delivery time was longer than quoted which isn't easy when youv been sat on a bean bag for nearly 17 weeks!
Mitch very helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressed with him and reason we decided to purchase from Cousins in Dudley. On second visit other members of staff in bedding also excellent
