Sadly I made a pointless journey to the store ti find that the order was in complete, even though I received a phone call stating that my order was ready for collection.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered very prompty. Would use again

We are sorry that you did not receive the level of service you expected from us.
Having checked your order the delay to your order was caused by a manufacturing delay which resulted in us not receiving your order until later than expected.
We believe that our order progress department sent you a letter informing you of the delay but we are sorry that you were unable to get the information you needed from the store.
Good service from the carpet man who came out to measure very promptly. Carpet was in stock well before we were ready for it but Cousins held it until we were ready for fitting. Fitter was very...
I ordered the chairs in Jan, and was told 8 - 10 weeks, I didnt get my chairs for over 4 months, outrageous.
However the guys that delivered the chairs were excellent.
