Lack of information during the delivery period, I only found the order was delayed when I progressed the order myself.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
We are sorry that your order was delayed and that you were not kept informed as you should have been. Having checked your order it appears that our order progress department sent you a letter at each point the order was delayed and we apologise if these did not reach you.
We are glad that you are pleased with the majority of your products but with regard to your recliner chair a member of our customer services department will be in touch shortly and will be happy to help you rectify the problem.
Happy with Cousins, l have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful and the deliveries are always when they say they are going to be. I have not always found that with other stores.
