Staff were helpful, and informative without being pushy
Service was very good, delivered to the door and upstairs to the bedroom.

Regrettably self-assembly and flat pack furniture cannot be accepted for return once assembly is partly or fully completed unless the product is proved to be defective.

I would never recomand any one to buy furnitures at Cousins. I bought the dining table on the 7th of january; they told me that it will delivered by the end on febuary. I waited till end on april to...

Cousin charge of delivery is ourageous.we spent 300ponds on mattress, yet the delivery is 39 pounds, we are just 1 mile away frm the store.

Our delivery charge covers our expert delivery service whereupon our dedicated team deliver directly to your door, assemble any furniture that may require it and take the item to a room of your choice, before removing all packaging.
It is this high level of service that incurs our £39 delivery charge and we can only apologise if you felt this was unreasonable in any way.
