It is normal company procedure for the store to call customers when products are delayed from supplier and we are very sorry that this has not happened with your order.

Nothing really to say about what was a replacement piece of glass.
the salesman showed me to the bed display and allowed me ample time to make up my mind and at no time tried to pressure me. he answered my questions quickly.
He was very helpful and friendly.

quick to take our money but took over 8 weeks just to have a picture dilivered to store and no word of apollogy when we went to pick it up after being told it would only take 3-4 weeks and did not...

It is normal procedure for our sales staff to call customers to let them know about any delays to their orders and we apologise that this did not happen with your order.

I can`t remember the ladies name in online sales (unforgiveable). The rating would have been excellent (she was fantastic and helpful) if not for below.
