Hello, Sorry, you feel you need to provide us two stars but we have sent you the product 4 days and then proactively advised you of a missed delivery. We attempted delivery 4 business days after your order was placed this is sent from our Euro warehouse to Sweden. The tracking shows no one was home and the parcel was left at a parcel shop so an attempt was made. We also proactively contacted you via email to advise you on the day the delivery attempt was made and it had been left at a parcel shop. This seems to be the policy of our courier DPD in Sweden, not us. In regard to the naming problem at the parcel shop, this is unrelated to us as we have provided the details as per your shipping information. kind regards, Edward
