Hello, NMN if added to water will require a higher dose. It needs to be taken sublingually to get the best results. We would recommend taking sublingually a minimum of two scoops per day. The Liposomal formula is many more times bioavailable so 200mg of liposomal is a much higher dose due to its increased bioavailability.
