When a subscribed product is expected to be out of stock for more than 3 days we do proactively communicate this to affected customers, so if there have been instances where this did not reach you it is possible the notifications may have gone to your junk or spam folder, and we would encourage you to check there and add us to your safe senders list to avoid this in future. On response times, we have looked into your account and can see that your most recent contact with us was 6 months ago, and on each occasion our team responded within hours. We want to reassure you and anyone reading this that fast and helpful customer service is something we prioritise.
