Here at the Post Office Shop, we take our Customer Experience very seriously and receiving your items in that condition is not acceptable, I appreciate how frustrating this may have been for you.
When a high value item is received damaged, we request that it is returned to ourselves as we can then assess the amount of damage to the item in concern and pass feedback on to our courier and our warehouse team to prevent this from happening in the future. When items are returned to ourselves it is company practice to refund the cost of your returned item in full.
We are constantly looking at ways to improve our customer experience and once again please accept my sincere apologies regarding the condition in which your items were received.
Upon looking at your order history, I can see that your refund was requested on 18.09.2013; from that point refund can take up to 5 working days to be processed by your bank or building society.

Here at the Post Office Shop, we take our Customer Experience very seriously. Upon investigating your order, I can see that the product you ordered are indeed standard A4 index dividers and there is no reference to them being extra wide within the product description.
I appreciate that this may be frustrating for you, however the product description does clearly state that these items are not extra wide.
We will happily accept these items back and refund the cost of your order providing they are unopened and you return them to us.
