Thank you for your feedback. I have had a look into this order and can see that no items were returned from it. However, I found another order for you where 3 items were returned and refunded in full, less the £3.99 Collect+ fee which we take at the point of refund. If there are any problems you wish to discuss please contact our Customer Service Department either by phone, email or livechat and they will be happy to help.
