Hi Ian Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your floor is not performing as it should. It comes with a full warranty and if it is coming apart due to any fault with the floor, it can, of course, be replaced for you free of charge. However. this would be very unusual for any brand laminate floor that I have worked with. In my experience laminate floors coming apart are commonly down to site conditions. For example an uneven sub-floor can cause the joints to move and come apart.
