Hi Ashling Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived earlier than expected. I can see on the paperwork that we did book it with the couriers for Monday as expected, but unfortunately during Covid-19, we have found almost all couriers to be less reliable than normal. I am sorry about that, but of course if any order does turn up early, just let us know and we can of course have it returned on the correct day for you. Regarding the kerbside delivery, we did notify you about this in the email which included your delivery date , under the Important Information section. We do also state this in the delivery information on our website at https://www.woodfloorwarehouse.co.uk/delivery , which is displayed on every product just above the description.
