Regarding our delivery prices which can sometimes appear expensive, on average we charge around 20% less than our costs to deliver the goods. Heavy or large items are considerably harder to deliver and attract much higher fees from couriers. As your order was almost 100kgs in weight, it required a special service to deliver it safely. I am aware that some flooring businesses will offer free, or further reduced delivery costs, but almost every time, the pricing of the product has been increased significantly to enable this. We prefer not to do this, as it would then penalize any of our customers who purchase using Click & Collect or in-store. I hope that this helps to explain our delivery prices. Kind regards Darren
