Excellent communication and advice. Instruction videos on how to lay floor

I ordered two samples of flooring and these were sent too me promptly. The contact and advice available I think is excellent and the appear to go all out to provide an excellent service to customers.

Flooring delivered promptly but no beading that should have been delivered the same day. Contacted them to find out why and still waiting for them to call me back

I am sorry that the beading was delayed by a Day. Unfortunately, like many companies who offer an online service, we have been overwhelmed with online orders during Covid and it has resulted in some late deliveries from our couriers, although most deliveries are still made on time. Please accept our apologies.
