Item arrived damaged. Courier immediately left before I could examine the item did not wait. Packaging was not damaged in any way (Large strong cardboard tube)

I'm very sorry to hear about this. We know couriers don't always hang about for you to check your goods. We offer an extra 24hrs to check for and report any damages to us on all deliveries. Although the couriers will no longer cover this, we offer the extra time to help our customers.
