Poor delivery and customer service

Got a delivery notice for the 1/10, sat in all day waiting but it didn't arrive. Called and they had no clue where my floor was but was going to talk to the carrier and get back to me. They never did...

I'm sorry that the couriers were late with your delivery. We did call at the end of the day to provide an update but were unable to reach you, so we also sent an email. I am glad to hear that you rated our products 5* and that the floor did arrive the next day. Please accept our apologies that the delivery was late. Unfortunately, when it's too far for our own vans, we must rely on 3rd party couriers.
