Thanks for your feedback. We are really sorry about your poor delivery service. We use palletways delivery network who are normally very good. We also always ask for a tail lift delivery on all orders and a pallet trolley so something went wrong this time. We have now refunded your delivery charge and have spoken to the depot involved. Hopefully this will stop it happening again.
The customer service is second to none. I had a slight problem with the order and they fixed it straight away with no hassle. I would highly recommended them
Can't fault anybody there ! Excellent service , friendly , helpful and everything happened as promised . Not often that I can be so positive about my dealings with different companies
