Delivery good. A few blocks missed out of the order - required two more deliveries due to a dispatch mistake.

Some blocks may have been more wet than others as they would have come from a freshly treated batch of blocks.
We do recommend that all blocks are dried out before construction starts.

The delivery notifications were a bit slow. Had a Wednesday notification for delivery then Friday. Finally arrived the following Tuesday. Fortunately not in a hurry for the goods but a more realistic...

As wood is a natural product, there is a tolerance of 3mm for cracks on our products. If the cracking increases over time, please contact us at admin@woodblocx.co.uk
