we are really sorry that you were not happy with the quality if the BlocX you received. We always offer a full refund upon delivery if customers are not happy when they get their delivery. We also are very selective about the timber we use. Only using wood cut away from the heartwood off the timber. Again we would always replace any faulty product. Really sorry to have let you down.
