We have reported this to our delivery network and also refunded you the delivery charge for your order. Unfortunately we cannot control the individual delivery drivers for each drop off and we do know that some are amazingly helpful and other can be the opposite. In general they are good. We are very sorry at the poor service you got. WoodBlocX
