Communication from the "delivery partner" prior to delivery was poor to non-existent -- a failing partly excused by the imminent arrival of storm Eowyn. I awoke at 7am on the day of delivery to find...
Service was first class. I sent measurements and photos of what I wanted to do. I received drawings and a quotation within a few days. Then made a couple of alterations before placing my order....

I bought a couple for my son for his birthday and Christmas. I ordered a £30 & £50 to make £80. They wrote back and asked if I wanted just one for £80., which was better and they sorted it that day...
