We quality check all our WoodBlocX during the manufacturing process and I am very sorry on this occasion you received a BlocX which wasn't up to our high standards. If this ever happens please contact us and we can send out a replacement.

The final layer of dowels have to be cut to facilitate the capping as it is only half the height of a WoodBlocX. This can either be done once the dowels are in place in the structure or before.

Great product but seriously let down by the delivery firms used, twice we have made an order and both times they have been delayed and the last one had bits missing.

We always try to let people know if there will be a delay in their delivery and reschedule it if the new delivery date is not convenient. I'm terribly sorry that on both occasions the delivering depot has let you down.

Company was very good when I changed the delivery date. Courier company let them down as they did not let me know they were not delivering on that date due to a broken down van. Redeemed themselves...

Deliveries are unfortunately the one aspect of the order we cannot completely control. We do always endeavour to let you know if there will be any delay.
The capping might not always match the plan as it is cut bespoke for every customer. If you are unsure of anything please just get in touch and we'll talk you through everything.
