The Palletways network operate a kerb side delivery service. Your WoodBlocX will be delivered on a pallet to your desired location. Normally this can be arranged within 3-4 days from your order being placed. The driver will have a tail lift vehicle and a pallet trolley. So they will not be able to wheel the pallet up steps or over gravel or grass. They will do their best to get it as close to your build location as possible but it won't be possible for them to transport your WoodBlocX through your house. WoodBlocX

We are incredibly sorry your delivery did not go as planned on this occasion. We will always try to inform our customers if there is going to be a delay in their scheduled delivery. We provide you with all the necessary information to speak with your delivering depot in case there are any issues and if you don't wish to speak with them we can contact them on your behalf. The pallet does not have to be signed for and we can arrange for it to be left at a secure location at your property if you are not in at the time of delivery so there is no need to wait all day for the items to arrive.
