We are incredibly sorry your delivery did not go as planned on this occasion. We will always try to inform our customers if there is going to be a delay in their scheduled delivery. We provide you with all the necessary information to speak with your delivering depot in case there are any issues and if you don't wish to speak with them we can contact them on your behalf. The pallet does not have to be signed for and we can arrange for it to be left at a secure location at your property if you are not in at the time of delivery so there is no need to wait all day for the items to arrive. Curved designs can prove to be slightly trickier to build due to the fact they are composed of much smaller components which can make levelling more difficult. It is a good idea to take your time with these designs and call us if you are having any problems. WoodBlocX

We will normally supply a few extra components with your order just in case you make a mistake and need a spare BlocX to rectify it. WoodBlocX
