It would be an improvement if the diagrams in the instructions were of the bespoke…

It would be an improvement if the diagrams in the instructions were of the bespoke bed itself, or at least labeled to say they are generic.

I'm sorry you experienced difficulties with the instructions. Our instruction packs always contain generic instructions followed by specific instructions to your particular design. WoodBlocX

Thanks very much for your comments and I'm sorry the capping wasn't up to our normal high standard. We will always replace any component that is not up to our usual high standards. We appreciate your comments concerning the dowels. This has something we have considered in the past and in the future we hope to implement a new system which is even more user friendly. WoodBlocX
