We really appreciate your constructive feedback too: The ground spike layout is designed to give full stability, but we’ll share your note about the symmetry with our design team. It’s normal to receive a few extra dowels and protectors, but we take your point — we’ll look at making this clearer in the instructions. Great suggestion on liner fitting advice. We’ll work on providing clearer guidance on folding and securing to make this part easier. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience — it really helps us improve.
