Hi, I’m sorry the subscription details didn’t feel clear. The £1.99 covers the first pin badge, with further deliveries sent as part of a subscription, which is outlined during checkout and in the confirmation email. I’m disappointed this caused frustration.

hard to get a full explanation out of them when you have an issue, takes too long to respond and when it does its in the form of a PDF response? what's wrong with a simple email, its more personnel...
No service received, no pin & no contact with them just passed to another email every time. Wasted my money
